Smoked Fish Dip
1 Cup Sour Cream
1/2
Cup Mayonnaise
1 Cup Flaked Smoked Fish
3 Tbs. Chopped Green Onion
1/2 Tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Dash of
Garlic Powder
In a small bowl, blend sour cream and mayonnaise with a wire whip. Stir in remaining
ingredients. Top with a few chopped onion tops, to dress it up for guests. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Serve with assorted chips or crackers.
